Building a tiny home has always been a dream of mine, and after months of planning, building, and setting up, I’m finally ready to share our progress with those who have asked to see photos of our journey. Our tiny shed home has come a long way since its early days, and I’m excited to show you how it has transformed from a simple structure to a cozy, functional living space. The first pictures I’m sharing were taken while the shed was still under construction. At this stage, it was just a shell—a blank canvas waiting to be turned into a home. Seeing the basic framework come together was both exciting and overwhelming. My husband and I knew we had a vision for how we wanted it to look, but there were so many decisions to make along the way. Once the shed was built, the next phase was transporting it to our land. This was another big step in the process, and it felt like a milestone moment. The home was delivered, and the setup began. The pictures from this stage show the home being placed in its permanent location, which was carefully chosen for its peaceful surroundings and the amount of sunlight the space would receive. The setting up process was a bit tricky, but we were fortunate to have the help of some experienced friends who guided us through the process. From leveling the foundation to ensuring everything was aligned properly, it took a lot of coordination and patience.
Now that the shed is set up, it’s been transformed into the perfect tiny home. We’ve added our personal touches—furniture, decor, and all the little things that make it feel like home. The interior is cozy and efficient, with every square inch of space being thoughtfully utilized. It’s amazing how much you can fit into a tiny space when you carefully plan every detail. Despite its small size, the home feels open and airy, thanks to the clever use of storage solutions and light-colored finishes.
The pictures taken after the setup showcase the final touches and how the shed has become more than just a structure. It’s a home where we can relax, cook meals, and enjoy time together. We’ve also added a few outdoor features, such as a small porch area where we can enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunsets.
